If you decide the apartment is right for you—and we hope you do—let us know. We will provide access to an online application or give you a paper application, along with our Rental Qualification Guidelines.
-
Yes. We believe it is important to be open and honest with every prospective resident. This could become your home, and we want you to feel certain that it is right for you before paying a nonrefundable application fee.
We understand that an in-person showing may not be possible for applicants relocating from a considerable distance. When possible, we recommend asking a trusted friend or family member to view the apartment on your behalf.
-
After viewing the apartment, we will gladly provide access to an online application or give you a paper application, along with our Rental Qualification Guidelines.
For a paper application, please complete every section thoroughly, sign and date the application, and bring the following items to our office during regular business hours:
A $75 nonrefundable application fee, payable by cash or money order
One month’s worth of your most recent pay stubs or other acceptable proof of income
A valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo identification
Your completed, signed, and dated application
A signed and dated copy of the Rental Qualification Guidelines
Online applications will guide you through the entire process, including submitting the required information, uploading supporting documents, and paying the application fee online.
-
Every adult who will reside in the apartment must complete a separate application and pay the $75 nonrefundable application fee.
Co-signers are permitted for students only and must be a parent or legal guardian.
-
Yes. An applicant who will reside alone must have a gross monthly income equal to at least 3.5 times the monthly rental rate.

Yes. Credit history is reviewed as part of the application process. Our current Rental Qualification Guidelines include the following requirements:
A minimum credit score of 600 is required unless the applicant has no established credit.
The tradeline rating must not exceed 23 points, as defined by our credit-reporting agency.
A collection from a previous landlord will result in denial of the application.
A collection from a gas, electric, water, or cable provider will result in denial of the application. Medical collections are not included or considered.
Any collection or judgment must show a zero balance. Otherwise, the applicant must provide written confirmation from the creditor that the balance was satisfied before submitting the application.
Please review the complete Rental Qualification Guidelines before applying.
-
Criminal history may be considered as part of the application process. Each applicant is evaluated consistently and in accordance with our current Rental Qualification Guidelines and applicable fair-housing laws.
Because individual circumstances may vary, applicants with questions about this requirement should contact our office before submitting a nonrefundable application fee.
-
The security deposit ranges from the equivalent of one month’s rent to two months’ rent. Applicants with excellent credit and rental references may qualify for a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
A separate, nonrefundable $75 administration fee is also due at lease signing.
