Documenting Your Home’s Condition

The Record of Property Condition provides a room-by-room record of your home at move-in. Please review the form carefully during your move-in inspection and make sure any existing damage or concerns are properly documented. This helps protect both you and Fidelity Realty by creating a clear record of the property’s condition. Please return it to our office once it is complete.

Residents are required to provide 60 days’ written notice on the first of the month before moving. Choose the standard form to print and complete by hand, or select the fillable version to complete electronically. Your notice period begins when the completed form is received by our office.
